• Contact Lenses
  There are many kinds of Contact Lenses, not all of which are suitable for everyone.  Individuals with allergies, dry eyes, misshapen corneas, or with unusually high degrees of astigmatism can usually be fitted with excellent results.  Soft Contact Lenses are by far the most prevalent, but this is not a "one size fits all" phenomenon.  Gas permeable contact lenses are also available.  Each patient is treated individually and thorough examination will determine which type is most suitable to you.
  
  
• Eye Glasses & Designer Frames
  Our dispensing optical department always displays around 600 frames including designer lines such as: Armani, Ralph Loren, Polo, Geoffrey Beene, Laura Ashley, Candies, Harley Davidson, and numerous others.  We also offer quality, moderately priced frames.  Our large selection of totally rimless frames has comprised the newest addition to our frame collection.  Our competent optician will be there to assist you in selecting a frame, which will compliment your hair, and skin color as well as your facial contour.
  
  
• Pre & Post Lasik Examinations
  An eye examination by a referring doctor is necessary to perform pre and post Lasik surgery to evaluate the condition to be corrected.
  The pre-Lasik surgery evaluation service is necessary to determine if a patient is a proper candidate for Lasik Surgery.
  The post Lasik surgery service evaluates the results of the surgery and provides follow up care and monitoring for one year after the surgery. 
  
  
• Cataract Screening
  A Cataract evaluation is a routine part of the patient's physical eye examination. Certain prescription medications can contribute to the development of cataracts.
  
  
• Glaucoma Screening
  A series of diseases involving the optic nerve. Tendencies toward glaucoma are important to look for in an eye exam. Glaucoma is called the "Sneak Thief of Vision", since it develops without any symptoms and can only be determined through an eye examination.
  
• Comprehensive Eye Examinations
  Our office is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments for accurate diagnosis in all phases of eye care.  Thorough exams have many purposes other than to arrive at a proper prescription for eyeglasses and/or contact lenses.  They also determine the degree of efficiency of both eyes and to correct and improve any problems.
  
  
• Dry Eyes
  Eyes that have a deficiency in tear flow and lubrication often are caused by systemic medications or may have genetic origins.  Sometimes allergies are responsible for dry eye conditions.  Proper advice as to treatment can alleviate uncomfortable symptoms.  Many post-menopausal women are affected by this condition.  Tests to determine the degree of tear deficiency are helpful in selecting an appropriate treatment.  Certain known medications, other than artificial tears, are extremely helpful in treatment.  Changes in dietary habits are sometimes suggested.
